Ahh! The instant I put these on, I knew... dynamic IEM, not balanced armatures. Sometimes this is a relief. The timbre of dynamics seems more correct and more pure, although they don't have the speed and detail of BA drivers. One thing to be careful about these IEMs is getting a proper fit.
